Enoch graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Enoch currently works as a Staff Physical Therapist at More Physical Therapy San Jose and continues his training career at Plus One Health Management. Elizabeth

Hello. My name is Elizabeth Alvarado. But you can call me Liz. I am a personal trainer here with Fizeek Geeks. I have two dogs, Rousey and Trooper. I have always been passionate about fitness. In 2019 I finally decided to take the plunge and turn my passion into a career. Absolutely no regrets. I no longer work for a living. I have continued my education throughout the years of becoming a personal trainer. I am currently certified in senior fitness, exercise therapy, corrective exercise, and I am currently getting my certification in nutrition. I have also decided to go back to school for my PTA license..
